Tim’s Cascade Style Potato Chips began in 1986 with Tim Kennedy and his family in Auburn, Washington. From an old family recipe, the Kennedy's began by hand stirring small batches of thick sliced potatoes in square shaped kettles, spiced by hand and packaged in Tim’s signature red and white striped bag. Today Tim’s has an assortment of flavors of chips, onion rings, popcorn and other snacks.
