Our brands are pioneers in innovation. Our roots are tied to making family meals a more convenient and nutritious taste experience. Clarence Birdseye, founder of Birds Eye® frozen vegetables, invented the fast freeze process, and through the legacy of his inventive spirit we later were the first to introduce Steamfresh technology to frozen vegetables. Before Zagat’s and Fodors, the real man, Duncan Hines, was the original traveling food critic, placing his “Recommended by Duncan Hines” certificate of quality on restaurants throughout the country.

Mrs. Butterworth, one of America’s most loved spokescreatures, is famous for making family breakfasts fun. Her cheeky personality and delicious golden syrup brighten many mornings. Our Vlasic® Stork has been nominated into the Advertising Walk of Fame as a favorite American icon. The Vlasic® brand continuously gives consumers creative ways to zest up their sandwiches. Our brands can be found in 85% of households, and we’ve been there for decades, because our brands help make every meal something the entire family can smile about.
Renovation
We’re staying in sync with the needs of today’s families through nutritional ingredient improvements, variety and flavor additions, as well as ground-breaking approaches to the food categories where our brands live. Our Log Cabin® brand removed High Fructose Corn Syrup from its entire line of breakfast syrups, our Duncan Hines® muffin mixes are made with only 100% whole grain and our Mrs. Paul’s® and Van De Kamp’s® seafood products contain 100% whole white fish fillets, never minced. As family’s needs change, we improve our brands by making them more delicious, convenient and nutritious because every family deserves the best.
