Open Pit Hickory: Detroit
Ingredients
- 2 cups Open Pit Hickory
- 4 tablespoons Apple Butter
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon raw sugar (mixture of whate and brown sugar)
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a medium size saucepan, bring to a boil while constantly stirring. Allow sauce to cool then place into air-tight container. Refrigerate over night. Then enjoy with your favorite meal at your next BBQ!
