Zesty Maple Glazed Chile Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Chicken Wings (fresh-not frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons ground Paprika
  • 1 teaspoons ground Cumin
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Vegetable Oil Spray

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Original Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 each piece of a canned Chipotle Chile Pepper, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons Log Cabin All Natural Syrup

Directions

In a bowl, mix the Wings with the Paprika, Cumin, Salt and Pepper. Preheat the grill to a medium. Line a large sheet of foil over grill grates and spray/brush with Vegetable Oil. Spread the Wings on the sheet in a single layer. Spray or brush Wings lightly with Vegetable Oil. Grill the Wings for 15 minutes, turning once or twice, until browned and crispy. In a medium bowl, whisk the Hot Sauce, Butter, Chipotle Pepper, Lime Juice, Cilantro and Log Cabin All Natural Syrup until combined. Toss in the Wings and shake to coat. Serve with Ranch Dressing.
