| Craig Steeneck - Chief Financial Officer, Pinnacle Foods Group |
On July 1st, 2007, Craig Steeneck assumed the role of EVP and CFO for Pinnacle Foods Group LLC. Prior to that time Mr. Steeneck served as Executive Vice President, Operations Accounting/Planning & Systems since June 2005. From April 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Steeneck served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Cendant Timeshare Group in Florida. From March 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Steeneck served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Resorts Condominiums International, a subsidiary of Cendant. From October 1999 to February 2001, he was the Chief Financial Officer of International Home Foods. Mr. Steeneck is also a Certified Public Accountant.
