| Lynne M. Misericordia has been our Senior
Vice President and Treasurer since 2001. Ms. Misericordia
previously held the position of Treasurer with International
Home Foods Inc. from November 1996 to December 2000. Before
that, Ms. Misericordia was employed by Wyeth from August 1985
to November 1996 and held various financial positions. |
