| Michael Cramer - EVP and CAO |
| Michael J. Cramer has been our Executive Vice
President and Chief Administrative Officer since March 19,
2004. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Cramer served as President and
Chief Operating Officer of Southwest Sports Group, LLC, and
Southwest Sports Realty, LP and as part of those duties, he
served at various times as President of the Texas Rangers
Baseball Club and Dallas Stars Hockey Team. Prior to joining
Southwest Sports Group in 1998, Mr. Cramer was affiliated with
each of the platforms managed by the CDM Investor Group LLC
since 1987. In that capacity he served as Executive Vice
President and as a member of the Board of Directors of
International Home Foods Inc.; Executive Vice President and
General Counsel of The Morningstar Group Inc. and Executive
Vice President of Administration and General Counsel of Stella
Foods, Inc. Prior to that time, he was engaged in the private
practice of law for several years in Wisconsin. |
